My dad introduced me to tennis when I was 12 years old and I immediately took an interest in developing my game. My parents drove me long distances for my lessons which consisted of long lines waiting for my chance to hit the ball. Despite the challenges, I played competitive singles and doubles for many years. At a turning point in my career, I decided that I wanted to make a difference in the lives of children and introduce them to the game of tennis. But I wanted to do it differently, I wanted it to be a more immersive experience for them. I wanted to eliminate the waiting around for their turn, and I wanted to make it convenient for the families I would serve. I knew that I wanted it to be fun, because tennis is a game of timing, skill, agility and strategy - things not quickly learned. I decided then and there to develop my own curriculum; one that was station-based, fast-paced, and consisted of many skill-based activities related to our shot of the day. I formulated my plan and created my curriculum that was scalable by age and ability. I introduced my first program in 2010 and it quickly caught on, schools were hearing about what we were doing and they were asking us to add programs at their schools. It was a success, they wanted more, and I delivered! I created a similar system for Golf, and they wanted more, and I continued to deliver by adding multiple athletic programs all designed to be fun, safe and challenging for the children.

I appreciate my dad for introducing me to the game of tennis which I credit for the launch of this business, and to both my mom and dad for their sacrifice of time getting me to and from all those lessons. And I thank the families who entrust us with the care and athletic development of their children, and for their support of our programs. And thank you to our partner schools for allowing us the opportunity to help children live healthier and more active lifestyles.

And now I want to offer those of you who love athletics, an opportunity to earn a great living and make a difference in the lives of children. I created this franchise system with the same approach in which I founded this company, with several primary objectives. To provide larger territories so franchise owners can serve more families and earn more money, to allow franchise owners the flexibility to decide which programs they want to offer, and to provide an opportunity for up to 14 weeks of off-time annually.
